Fixing payment problems:

For viewers (buyers):

• Card declined:

  • Try different card
  • Check card balance
  • Verify billing address
  • Contact your bank

• Payment stuck:

  • Don't submit multiple times
  • Wait for confirmation
  • Check email for receipt
  • Contact support if charged without access

• Refund needed:

  • Contact link creator
  • Provide transaction details
  • Allow 5-10 days for processing

For creators (sellers):

• Stripe not onboarded:

  • Complete onboarding in Wallet
  • Verify all information
  • Wait for approval

• Not receiving payouts:

  • Check Stripe dashboard
  • Verify bank account details
  • Allow 2-3 business days
  • Check for holding period

• Payment failing:

  • Test with different cards
  • Check Stripe account status
  • Verify link is set to "paid"
  • Contact Stripe support

General:

• Keep Stripe account active
• Respond to Stripe emails
• Maintain valid payment info
• Contact support if stuck
