## Fixing payment problems:

### For viewers (buyers):

- **Card declined:**
  - Try different card
  - Check card balance
  - Verify billing address
  - Contact your bank

- **Payment stuck:**
  - Don't submit multiple times
  - Wait for confirmation
  - Check email for receipt
  - Contact support if charged without access

- **Refund needed:**
  - Contact link creator
  - Provide transaction details
  - Allow 5-10 days for processing

### For creators (sellers):

- **Stripe not onboarded:**
  - Complete onboarding in Wallet
  - Verify all information
  - Wait for approval

- **Not receiving payouts:**
  - Check Stripe dashboard
  - Verify bank account details
  - Allow 2-3 business days
  - Check for holding period

- **Payment failing:**
  - Test with different cards
  - Check Stripe account status
  - Verify link is set to "paid"
  - Contact Stripe support

### General:

- Keep Stripe account active
- Respond to Stripe emails
- Maintain valid payment info
- Contact support if stuck
